how much time will I need to spend on the modules?

I get it, Mama! You are BUSY. That's why I designed the content in the weekly modules to be quick and easy to consume, while giving you something to think on!

You only need to set aside about 2-3 hours total each week to read and reflect, and about 45 minutes for our weekly meeting. 

Not too bad, right?
 

what happens if I don't reach my goal in 12 weeks?

A lot can happen in 12 weeks, but sometimes life throws us curveballs!

Firstly, we work together to make healthy + realistic goals for this timeframe.

However, if you haven't achieved them by the end of the program, and you can show that you've been giving it your ALL, then I will keep working with you for FREE until we make it happen!

It's all reward and no risk!

what style of coaching do you use?

If you're concerned about being guilt-tripped, yelled at, or judged- leave those worries at the door!

I ask every client to share what style of communication they respond best too, and tailor my coaching to your unique needs!
